Cumulative 1-month, 3-month, 6-month and 1-year returns for every money market fund on TEFAS. Updated automatically each trading day, net of management fees.
Money market funds are the lowest-risk category on TEFAS, carrying a risk score of 1 under rules set by Turkey's Capital Markets Board (SPK). They hold treasury bills, government bond repo and short-dated bank instruments. Redemption settles the same day or the next business day, which is why they are the standard place to park lira cash rather than leaving it in a current account.
The table below compares cumulative returns across every money market fund traded on TEFAS. Returns are derived from the change in unit price and are already net of management fees. No withholding tax is deducted, as returns on these funds are exempt. Note that all figures are in Turkish lira and should be read against lira inflation, not against returns in a hard currency.
